Volleyball Recap: Lincolnton Makes It Six in a Row at Home

There's no place like home for Lincolnton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They blew past the Chase Trojans 3-0 on Monday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Wednesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-20, 25-13.

Keeli Frye paced Lincolnton's offense, picking up ten kills. Frye got some help from Kathryn Parker and her 17 assists. Finally, Clara Parlier kept Lincolnton's defense grounded, leading the team with six blocks.

When it comes to explaining why Chase lost, don't look at Ava Byrd. Despite the final result, she had 18 digs. Byrd is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last eight games she's played.
