Baseball Recap: Wetumka Chieftains vs. Wewoka Tigers
Wetumka's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They walked away with a 10-6 victory over the Wewoka Tigers. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Chieftains as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Pat Hebert was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and three unearned) runs off eight hits (and not a single walk). He also tossed no walks, which is notable because Wetumka is 3-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 3-13 otherwise.
