Cristo Rey Jesuit barely beat Ida Crown Jewish Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Cristeros blew past the Aces 8-3 on Sunday. The result was nothing new for Cristo Rey Jesuit, who have now won seven matches by four goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Ida Crown Jewish Academy from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Brianna Sanchez-Ramirez led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Cristo Rey Jesuit has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 46 goals over those nine contests. As for Ida Crown Jewish Academy, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1-1 and their overall record down to 6-3-2.

Cristo Rey Jesuit wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 6-1 victory against Our Lady of Tepeyac on the 28th. As for Ida Crown Jewish Academy, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Intrinsic on the 28th.
