Baseball Recap: Morton Ranch Comes Up Short

Morton Ranch came into this matchup off a tough ten-run loss on Thursday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Seven Lakes Spartans by a score of 4-2 on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Mavericks have suffered since March 7th.

Morton Ranch got a good showing from Zach Warren, who tossed four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits.
