Brookfield has gone 9-1 against New Fairfield recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Bobcats will be playing at home against the Rebels at 4:15 p.m. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Brookfield sitting on ten straight wins and New Fairfield on three.
Brookfield is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They never let Kolbe-Cathedral get on the board and left with a 16-0 victory on Monday. Considering the Bobcats have won ten matches by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

On the hitting side, Brookfield got a massive performance out of PJ Colla, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. That's the most runs Colla has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Jack Murray, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and two doubles.

Brookfield pushed their record up to 15-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.6 runs on average over those games. As for New Fairfield, the win got them back to even at 8-8.
Brookfield beat New Fairfield 9-6 in their previous matchup back in April. Do the Bobcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rebels turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
