Softball Recap: West Point Takes a Loss

West Point lost against Good Hope back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors lost 11-1 to the Raiders. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Point saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Averee Folds, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

West Point's loss dropped their record down to 10-13. As for Good Hope, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7-1 record this season.

West Point wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 12-2 victory against Hanceville on the 1st. As for Good Hope, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 17-2 win against Cold Springs on the 1st.
