Recap: Palmetto Christian Academy vs. Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics Wildcats
There's no place like home for Palmetto Christian Academy, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics by a score of 54-41 on Monday. The score was all tied up 25-25 at the break, but Palmetto Christian Academy was the better team in the second half.
Cokey Suddeth was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 29 points and 18 rebounds. That makes it 11 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Palmetto Christian Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Adelaide Suddeth, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds.
Despite the loss, Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics still got an impressive performance from Rylan Dundon, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 rebounds. Dundon has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more rebounds the last five times she's played. Caroline Mcgee was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds.
Palmetto Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-7.
