Softball Recap: Twin River Titans vs. Bayard Tigers

Twin River never let their opponents score on Monday. Everything went their way against the Bayard Tigers as the Twin River Titans made off with an 8-0 win. Considering the Titans have won 15 matchups by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on JLee Van Driel, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now stolen at least one in the last nine games she's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Mya Ramaekers, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2.

Twin River didn't let batters stay on the plate for long and finished the game with 11 strikeouts. That's the most strikeouts they've posted since back in August of 2023.

The victory made it two in a row for Twin River and bumps their season record up to 25-8. As for Bayard, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-13-1.
