Centennial came out on top against Peoria on Monday thanks in part to Cal Meyers's efforts. Meyers wasn't messing around, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2. The game was his third straight with at least one stolen base.

Meyers' strong effort led Centennial over Peoria and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Lions are limping into the matchup having lost 15 straight at home dating back to last season.
