Basketball Recap: Spencerport Gets Big Victory over Higher-Ranked Brockport

Spencerport hadn't done well against Brockport recently (they were 0-7 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Spencerport Rangers came out on top against the Brockport Blue Devils by a score of 49-40. The win was all the more spectacular given the Rangers' disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 254th, while the Blue Devils are ranked 68th).

Pittsford will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Spencerport surely won't give up without a fight.
