Volleyball Recap: Acaciawood's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Acaciawood came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Century Centurions, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Golden Eagles have suffered since April 25, 2024.

While Acaciawood was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-19, 25-22.

Acaciawood's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 4-4. As for Century, their victory ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-7.

Coming up, Acaciawood will head out to challenge Tarbut V' Torah at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Century, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Magnolia at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Magnolia's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
