Volleyball Recap: Millburn Falls Short Against Ranked Princeton

Millburn faced Princeton in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Sunday. The Millers came up short against the Tigers, falling 3-0. The Millers were not able to make up for their loss to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in November of 2023.

Sydney Grani paced Millburn's offense, picking up 14 kills. Grani got some help from Franna Hawksworth and her 29 assists. Finally, Avika Vijayraghavan kept Millburn's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Millburn moved to 23-7 with that defeat, which also ended their six-match winning streak. As for Princeton, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-5 record this season.
