Softball Recap: Walton Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Walton, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They blew past Sinatra 12-1 on Friday. Considering the Wildcats have won ten games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Walton's victory bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Sinatra, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

Looking ahead, Walton will welcome Columbus at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Sharks will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight. Sinatra does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
