Goleman's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. Couldn't have asked for a better way to wrap up 2024 than the 63-27 stomp they got against the Pinecrest Prep Crocs. The Gators have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 22 points or more this season.

Franki Sosa continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds. He has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last nine times he's played. Jaylon Hall was another key player, going 6 for 8 on his way to 12 points and three steals.

Goleman has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.3 points. As for Pinecrest Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.

Goleman didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 74-71 win against Mourning on the 28th. As for Pinecrest Prep, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 63-45 victory against Miami Springs on the 28th.
