Volleyball Recap: Santa Fe Chiefs vs. Concordia Fighting Orioles
Santa Fe won the last time they faced Concordia and Mia Lark did her part to make sure it happened again. The Chiefs walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Fighting Orioles on Thursday with plenty of help from Lark, who had 16 digs and five aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last three games she's played.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 21-25, 25-21, 25-9.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Santa Fe to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jacey Wilsie, who had 12 digs and two aces. That's the most digs Wilsie has posted over her last eight matches. The team also got some help courtesy of Abbi Mueller, who had 13 digs and two assists.
They weren't the only good servers: Santa Fe was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Concordia only served one.
Concordia's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Riley Gordillo, who had ten digs.
Santa Fe has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-9-4 record this season. As for Concordia, with the loss, they broke their five-match winning streak and moved their record to 13-10-3.
