Manchester Regional waltzed into their match on Monday with 15 straight wins... but they left with 16. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 56-55 W against the New Milford Knights. For the Falcons, this counts as revenge for the 63-53 victory the Knights walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Despite the loss, New Milford still got an impressive performance from Luis Placido, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and ten boards. The contest was Placido's tenth in a row with at least 19 points. Another player making a difference was Dariel Liranzo, who posted 15 points and five steals.

Manchester Regional's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-1. As for New Milford, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-8.
