Souerdyke Made His Presence Known in Thayer Central's 60-18 Win

Starting off the list is Thayer Central's Sam Souerdyke, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Souerdyke rushed for 209 yards and four touchdowns on only 14 carries. He didn't just play on offense: he also made six total tackles and defended two passes in addition to snagging two interceptions.

Thayer Central has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Souerdyke and Thayer Central will venture away from home to take on Exeter-Milligan/Friend at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
