Volleyball Recap: Trinity Comes Up Short

Trinity was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Southlake Carroll Dragons, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dragons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-6, 25-18.

Trinity's loss dropped their record down to 11-23. As for Southlake Carroll, they pushed their record up to 22-5 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Trinity didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Byron Nelson on the 7th. As for Southlake Carroll, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Timber Creek on the 7th.
