Basketball Recap: Thunderbird Victorious

There's no place like home for Thunderbird, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 40-39 victory over the Goldwater Bulldogs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 57-29 on January 9th.

Thunderbird's win bumped their record up to 7-12. As for Goldwater, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-15.

Thunderbird and Paradise Honors will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. As for Goldwater, they and Shadow Mountain will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
