Volleyball Recap: Elba Comes Up Short

If Elba was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Oakfield-Alabama last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Lancers came up short against the Notre Dame Academy Gators on Monday, falling 3-0. The Lancers have struggled against the Gators recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Elba's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Notre Dame Academy, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0.

Coming up, Elba will host Warsaw at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Notre Dame Academy, they are taking a road trip to take on Moore Catholic at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
