Volleyball Recap: Niles West Triumphs

Niles West's tournament run continued when they took on Lake Zurich on Saturday. The Wolves came out on top against the Bears by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

Lake Zurich's loss came despite strong showings from Will Cranstoun and Nikola Stanojevic. Cranstoun had 11 digs and two aces, while Stanojevic had six digs and one assist.

Niles West now has a winning record of 14-13. As for Lake Zurich, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-11.

Niles West wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Glenbrook North on the 9th. As for Lake Zurich, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against York on the 9th.
