Meanwhile, Solon played a tough match on Wednesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 76-40 loss at the hands of Twinsburg. While losing is never fun, the Comets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 299th, while the Tigers are ranked 42nd).

Brecksville-Broadview Heights' victory was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0. As for Solon, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
