Basketball Game Preview: Tabernacle Christian Rams vs. Rockwell Christian School Chargers

The Tabernacle Christian Rams will square off against the Rockwell Christian School Chargers at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Tabernacle Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 57.1 points per game this season.

Last Thursday, Tabernacle Christian had to suffer through a 92-57 loss at the hands of Faith Christian. The Rams have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Tabernacle Christian's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Cortlyn Tanner, who posted 30 points, and Blain Wallace, who earned 18 points. The contest was Tanner's sixth in a row with at least ten points.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Rockwell Christian School, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They walked away with a 51-39 win over Cornerstone Christian Academy on Friday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Chargers as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Rockwell Christian School's win bumped their record up to 3-12. As for Tabernacle Christian, they now have a losing record at 7-8.

Tabernacle Christian came up short against Rockwell Christian School in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, falling 58-52. Can Tabernacle Christian avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
