Soccer Recap: Keshequa Comes Up Short

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last five times Keshequa and Geneseo have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Wednesday. The Indians came up short against the Blue Devils, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Geneseo this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 two weeks ago.

Keshequa dropped their record down to 8-5 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Geneseo, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season.

Keshequa wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 defeat against Eastridge on the 13th. As for Geneseo, they will head out on the road to take on Haverling at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
