Volleyball Recap: Rosebud-Lott Takes a Loss

Rosebud-Lott lost against Troy back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cougars lost 3-0 to the Trojans. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-10, 25-20.

Rosebud-Lott's offense was headlined by Brooke Skala and Chelsey Easter, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Alaya Cavitt and her eight assists.

Rosebud-Lott's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Troy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-6.

Coming up, Rosebud-Lott will be playing at home against Moody at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Troy, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Lexington on the 23rd.
