Baseball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Christopher

Christopher came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Piedmont Hills Pirates 9-3. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cougars also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2023.

Brayden Rogers spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on seven hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Aiden Mojica, who went 3-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Jeremiah Wilkerson, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles and one RBI.

Christopher's win bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Piedmont Hills, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-12-2.
