Volleyball Game Preview: Winslow Bulldogs vs. St. Johns Redskins + How To Watch

The Winslow Bulldogs will head out to square off against the St. Johns Redskins at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Winslow will be strutting in after a victory while St. Johns will be coming in after a loss.

On Thursday, Winslow earned a 3-1 win over Alchesay. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Falcons recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

The win didn't come easy: Alchesay scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 23-25, 25-19, 25-18.

Meanwhile, St. Johns unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-match winning streak on Thursday. They fell 3-1 to Northland Prep Academy.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-17, 20-25, 25-14.

St. Johns' defeat dropped their record down to 15-7. As for Winslow, their victory bumped their record up to 19-15-1.

Winslow might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from St. Johns when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Bulldogs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
