The Bartram Trail Bears's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight loss. They fell to Franklin Road Academy 45-39.
Despite the loss, Bartram Trail had strong showings from Landon Geren, who scored 13 points, and David Souza, who scored nine points along with six rebounds. Geren scored a full 33.3% of Bartram Trail's points, the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Bartram Trail's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Franklin Road Academy, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-6.
