While Xavier Williams delivered a dominant performance on Thursday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Carroll. Williams made a splash, striking out seven batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. He was dominant the last time he took on Rossville back in May of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming.
