Volleyball Recap: Flatonia Continues Home Dominance on Tuesday

Flatonia hadn't done well against Schulenburg recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Shorthorns by a score of 3-1. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 victory the Shorthorns walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-22, 25-17, 23-25, 26-24.

Despite the loss, Schulenburg still got an impressive performance from Jenna Guentert, who had 25 digs and two assists.

Flatonia pushed their record up to 19-19 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Schulenburg, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 25-14.
