Rise Kohyang is a perfect 3-0 against Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus since May of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Rise Kohyang Tritons are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season: they will square off against the Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus Tigers at 1:00 p.m. Rise Kohyang will be strutting in after a win while Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus will be coming in after a loss.

Rise Kohyang proved they can win big on Monday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Central City Value 3-2.

Rise Kohyang got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 28-30, 21-25, 25-21, 15-11.

Meanwhile, Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Central City Value, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-10, 25-5.

Rise Kohyang's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Everything went Rise Kohyang's way against Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Rise Kohyang made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Rise Kohyang since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
