Mabank's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They never let the Pine Tree Pirates get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won eight matches by three goals or more so far this season.

Addison Stephens and Sofia Rodriguez scored all five of Mabank's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 57 goals.

Mabank is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those five contests. Pine Tree's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9.

Mabank and Pine Tree are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. We've got a battle between Panthers coming up. Mabank is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.3 goals per game this season. As for Pine Tree, they will head out on the road to square off against Palestine at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Palestine will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Pine Tree surely won't give up without a fight.
