Baseball Recap: Delta Comes Up Short

Bryan hit Delta with a five-run seventh inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Panthers lost 12-2 to the Golden Bears. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Jack Tedrick was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Those RBI were his first of the season.

This is the second loss in a row for Delta and nudges their season record down to 4-3. As for Bryan, they moved to 3-3 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.
