Baseball Recap: Tartan Comes Up Short

Tartan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Hastings Raiders. The Titans were not able to make up for their defeat to the Raiders from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Tartan's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Hastings, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Tartan wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, an 11-1 defeat against Simley on the 15th. As for Hastings, they have also already played their next contest, an 11-1 loss against Mahtomedi on the 15th.
