Ebbin Mallory leads Kermit to victory over Pecos

Recap: Kermit Yellow Jackets vs. Pecos Eagles
The Kermit Yellow Jackets entered their tilt with the Pecos Eagles with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Kermit snuck past Pecos with a 34-29 win on Friday. That's another feather in the cap for Kermit, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Ebbin Mallory continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 8 points along with 11 steals and 5 rebounds. Mallory is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Ava Hernandez, who scored 5 points along with 4 steals.
Kermit's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Pecos, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
After both having extra time off, both teams will shake off the cobwebs and square off against one another at 6:30 p.m. on November 28th. Pecos will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Kermit at 6:30 p.m. on November 28th. Hopefully Kermit focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 30 on Friday.
