North is 9-1 against Central since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Mustangs will look to defend their home field against the Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. North has now lost 14 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since March 4.

North came up short against McClintock on Thursday, falling 13-2.

North saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mario Gonzalez, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Meanwhile, Central lost 25-1 to Metro Tech on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Bobcats in their meetings with the Knights: they've now lost six in a row.

North's loss dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-17.

North skirted past Central 11-10 in their previous meeting back in March. Do the Mustangs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bobcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
