Soccer Recap: Landrum Takes a Loss

Landrum managed to keep up with Greenville Tech Charter until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Cardinals came up short against the Warriors, falling 5-2. The defeat continues a trend for Landrum in their meetings with Greenville Tech Charter: they've now lost six in a row.

Tristan Barker and Hector Gomez scored both of Landrum's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 20 goals.

Landrum's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Greenville Tech Charter, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Landrum will challenge Pickens at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Greenville Tech Charter, they will face off against GREEN Upstate at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
