Soccer Game Preview: Warren Central vs. Florence + Official Tickets

Warren Central hasn't had much luck against Florence recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Vikings are taking a road trip to face off against the Eagles at 5:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty goal totals in their previous games.

As a matter of fact, Warren Central put up the most goals they have all season on Saturday. Their defense stepped up to hand Wayne County a 12-0 shutout. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded Warren Central with their most commanding win of the season.

Meanwhile, Florence made easy work of Newton County on Thursday and carried off a 4-0 victory. Florence haven't had any issues with Newton County recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Florence hit Newton County with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kadie Carroll, Mary Elise Taylor, Emma Marchant, and Brelynn Grice.

Warren Central now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Florence, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Warren Central suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Florence in their previous meeting back in November of 2023. Can the Vikings avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
