Basketball Game Preview: Clearview Clippers vs. Columbia Raiders

Clearview is 1-9 against Columbia since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Clearview Clippers will head out to square off against the Columbia Raiders at 7:00 p.m.

Clearview is headed into Monday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Saturday. They took a blow against Oberlin, falling 79-52.

Meanwhile, Columbia waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They slipped by the Wildcats 51-50.

Columbia has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Clearview, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-14.

Clearview came up short against Columbia in their previous matchup back in January, falling 65-56. Can Clearview avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
