Collierville is a perfect 4-0 against Hernando since September of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Dragons will square off against the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Thursday.

Collierville had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Munford on Tuesday. The Dragons were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Cougars. The victory continues a trend for the Dragons in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won eight in a row.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Collierville took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-13, 25-14.

Hernando not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 4th (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on Southaven with a sharp 3-0 win.

Hernando's victory bumped their record up to 19-15. As for Collierville, their win bumped their record up to 22-10-1.

Collierville took their victory against Hernando in their previous meeting back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dragons since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
