Basketball Recap: Valley Christian Extends Home Winning Streak to Three

It may have taken double overtime to finish the job, but Valley Christian ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They walked away with a 69-60 win over the Bellarmine College Prep Bells. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Bells back in January, they had to take a 48-46 loss.

Valley Christian pushed their record up to 14-10 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.0 points over those games. As for Bellarmine College Prep, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-8 record this season.
