The Academy kept a clean sheet against DSST: Cedar on Thursday. They put the hurt on the DSST: Cedar Falcons with a sharp 9-0 win. Give the Wildcats' defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Their offense was hitting DSST: Cedar from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Alejandra Gallegos led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

The Academy's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for DSST: Cedar, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, The Academy will head out on the road to square off against DSST: Conservatory Green at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
