Volleyball Recap: Frontier Falcons vs. Williamsville South Billies
Frontier was the 3-2 winner over Williamsville South when they last played one another back in September of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Frontier Falcons fell 3-1 to the Williamsville South Billies on Tuesday.
While Frontier had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 21 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-21, 14-25, 25-22.
Frontier's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-4. As for Williamsville South, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-4-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Frontier will venture away from home to face off against Sweet Home at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Williamsville South, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Lake Shore at 9:00 p.m. on Thursday.
