Baseball Recap: LaSalle Academy Cardinals vs. Sacred Heart Irish
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask LaSalle Academy). They were the clear victors by a 16-2 margin over the Sacred Heart Irish on Monday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 13-1 on April 1st.
Allen Guiterrez made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in April of 2024.
