For the second straight game, Hersey will face off against Wheeling. The Huskies will face off against the Wildcats at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Hersey is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

Hersey barely beat Wheeling the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Huskies were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Wildcats on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Huskies in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won six in a row.

Lincoln Causero looked comfortable as he struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Chuck Meister was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Mike Sokan, who went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Hersey's victory bumped their record up to 21-6-1. As for Wheeling, their defeat was their tenth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-17.
