Baseball Recap: Wheatland Pirates vs. Lassen Grizzlies
Wheatland hadn't done well against Lassen recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Pirates walked away with a 7-4 win over the Grizzlies. For the Pirates, this counts as revenge for the 10-5 victory the Grizzlies walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2022.

Tucker Petersen made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He pitched three innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits.
