Bethune-Bowman proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 20) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 34-32 victory over the Branchville Yellow Jackets. The Mohawks' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Bethune-Bowman's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Branchville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
