It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact West Broward can now relate to. They came up short against the Doral Academy Firebirds on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Bobcats' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-20, 25-16.

Doral Academy was led to victory by Camila Sulbaran and Amy Smith. Sulbaran had ten digs and three aces, while Smith had 41 assists and four digs. That's the most digs Sulbaran has posted since back in September of 2024.

West Broward's defeat dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Doral Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-12.

West Broward does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Doral Academy, they have already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Cypress Bay on the 17th.
