Volleyball Recap: Haddam-Killingworth Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Haddam-Killingworth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Coginchaug Regional Blue Devils. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Blue Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

Haddam-Killingworth took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-20, 25-22.

Haddam-Killingworth's defeat dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Coginchaug Regional, their win ended a nine-match drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-13.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Haddam-Killingworth is set to face off against their familiar foe Old Lyme at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Coginchaug Regional will challenge rival Portland at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
