Volleyball Recap: North Duplin Makes It Five in a Row at Home + How To Watch

North Duplin's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They blew past the James Kenan Tigers 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 last Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-20, 25-15.

Melany Sanchez paced North Duplin's offense, picking up seven kills. Sanchez got some help from Lilly Fulghum and her 15 assists. Finally, Abigeal Norris kept North Duplin's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

North Duplin and James Kenan will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Rebels will square off against rival East Columbus at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, James Kenan is set to challenge their familiar foe Spring Creek at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
